- ½ cup (4 oz/115 g) granulated sugar, divided
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large egg white, room temperature
- 1 cup (5 oz/142 g) all-purpose flour
- powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Notes
- If you want your ladyfingers to be egg-free, get my Egg-Free Ladyfingers recipe.
- *If you use a conventional oven (without a fan), then it will take a longer time to bake. Check on them after 20 minutes until just beginning to turn golden around the edges.
