- 1 pound macadamia nuts
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
Instructions
- Add 1lb. of macadamia nuts to your food processor and get them grinding.
- As they grind, scrape the sides down to make sure everything continues to grind evenly.
- After about 10 minutes of grinding, they will start to turn creamy.
- Add your coconut oil and eryhtritol to the creamy macadamia nuts and continue to process them.
- Once everything is combined and at the consistency you want, put it into a container and store in the fridge.
