Homemade Pineapple Tea Recipe

This homemade pineapple tea recipe is easy to make, healthy, packed with benefits, and perfect for enjoying warm or chilled!

Ingredients

  • 1 l water
  • 200 g pineapple see notes, skin and core
  • 5 g ginger (grated)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Add the pineapple skin, pineapple center, cinnamon stick, and ginger. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the flavors infuse.
  2. Carefully strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve.
  3. Transfer the strained pineapple ginger tea to a teapot. For extra presentation and flavor, you can add a few pieces of pineapple skin back to the teapot. Optionally stir in a few tablespoons of honey. Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
