Tajín is a Mexican seasoning blend of dried and ground red chiles, sea salt, and dehydrated lime.

- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons lime powder
- 2 tablespoons guajillo powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Add the chile powders, salt and lime together. Stir to combine.
- Taste and add the sugar as desired.
- Store in a sealed jar and use as needed.
