Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups jarred tomato sauce
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Chop your green peppers and sautee in butter.
- Add your tomato sauce and let it reduce for 4-5 minutes.
- Add your red wine and thyme, mix well, and let reduce for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Serve!
