Honey Baked Brie With Figs And Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 Brie cheese
- 5-6 black mission figs halved or quartered
- 1 rosemary spring
- 2 Tablespoons pistachios roasted
- honey
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Place the wheel of brie in the sheet pan
- Top with 5-6 crushed rosemary leaves
- Top with figs, salt, and pepper
- Drizzle with honey
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the cheese has softened
- Remove from oven and sprinkle in pistachios
- Add some more honey if needed
- Enjoy!
