How to freeze cookie dough using the "scoop" method so you can have a warm, chewy treat any time that cookie craving hits!

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup softened butter
- 1 ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 ¼ cup brown sugar packed
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- 6 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 pound mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer with whisk attachment. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and add to the sugar mixture. Mix with the paddle attachment until dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 8 to 9 minutes or use one of the methods above to freeze cookie dough.
