Ice cream, no cooking no churning
Description
The ice cream combines a can of sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla for flavor. The ingredients are whipped together until the mixture thickens and resembles whipped cream in texture. Care is taken not to overmix to prevent separation. After whipping, the mixture is poured into a mold or container, smoothed, and then covered before freezing.
Freezing is recommended overnight for best texture, though 3-4 hours may suffice if the freezer is sufficiently cold. The frozen ice cream has a creamy consistency and can be served with prepared fruits or toppings for added flavor contrast. It melts relatively quickly, so serve promptly once removed from the freezer.
This recipe offers a quick way to enjoy homemade ice cream without any cooking or special equipment, relying solely on whipping and freezing steps.
