Ingredients
- 2 coops collagen peptides protein powder 20 grams, Naked Nutrition brand
- 16 oz soy milk Silk brand, vanilla
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 pumps Vanilla Syrup about 1.5 tbsp, Jordan's Skinny Syrups brand, sugar free
Instructions
- Add soy milk, vanilla syrup, and matcha to a large measuring cup (you can also do this right in the serving glasses).
- Use a milk frother or whisk to blend the matcha into the milk. Once mostly blended, add collagen and repeat. (Tip: try to keep the frother tip toward the bottom of the glass and don't blend too long or you will end up with a really frothy drink.)
