Indoor S'mores Recipe

Indoor Smores made with Cereal, marshmallows, and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 15 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers 

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the Golden Grahams cereal and marshmallows. Set aside.
  3. In a medium glass bowl, add Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers. You can also substitute chocolate bark (Candiquik) if you'd like, but we love the taste of the Ghirardelli.
  4. Heat melting wafers for one minute in microwave, stir and heat an additional 15-30 seconds. Stir until smooth. 
  5. Pour over cereal and marshmallows and mix until fully coated.
  6. Spoon mixture into baking dish, pressing down gently with the back of the spoon. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. 
  7. Remove from pan and cut into squares. ENJOY.
  8. Store in airtight container at room temperature. If it's too warm, pop in refrigerator to keep the chocolate from melting.

Notes
