Simple and delicious instant pot BBQ ribs are great for lunch, dinner, potluck and party gatherings. This instant pot BBQ baby back ribs recipe is simple, easy, juicy and tender that the meat falls off the bones.

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs (Each one is around 2.68 pounds)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 cups Sweet honey BBQ sauce (1 small bottle,18 oz, 510g)
Instructions
- Wash or rinse 2 racks of the ribs (Each rack is around 2.68 pounds). Then, dry them with a paper towel. Flip the ribs at the back and remove the membrane.
- After that, put 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of black pepper into a small container. Mix it well.
- Next, rub the seasoning from step 2 on the ribs. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes before cooking. (It's best to let it marinate overnight or a few hours before cooking.)
- Pour 1 cup of water into the instant pot and put a rack in.
- Then, put the marinated baby back ribs on the rack. After that, close the lid and vent. Push the Manual button to adjust time for 35 minutes at high pressure and naturally release pressure. (Don't open the lid until all the pressure is released.)
- Meanwhile, wrap foil around the tray.
- When the ribs are done, open the lid.
- The following step, take the cooked ribs out and put them on the tray with foil.
- Brush ½ cup of sweet honey BBQ sauce on the back of the cooked rib.
- Then, flip the other side of the ribs and brush 1 cup of sweet honey BBQ sauce. Turn on the oven to broil for 5-7 minutes. (Change the rack to the top in the oven, so the ribs will be closer to the fire.)
- After that, rest a few minutes before cutting it.
Notes
- Wash and rinse the ribs. Then, dry the ribs with paper towels, flip the ribs and remove the membrane on the back.
- After that, seasoning with salt and pepper by rubbing the salt and pepper on the ribs.
- Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes before cooking. The best to marinate the ribs overnight or a few hours before cooking.
- Put 1 cup of water and a rack into an instant pot. Next, put the ribs on the rack. Then, close the lid and vent and push the manual button to adjust time for 35 minutes and naturally release the pressure. (Don't open the lid until all the pressure is released.)
- Put the ribs on a cookie sheet and brush sweet honey BBQ sauce around the ribs. Preheat the oven broil and change the rack to the top in the oven, so the ribs will be closer to the fire. Let it broil for 5-7 minutes.
- After resting for a few minutes, cut the ribs and brush more sweet honey BBQ sauce before serving.
