An Irish Slammer is a fun party cocktail made with a glass of Guinness Beer, a shot of whiskey and Baileys. Make it for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Baileys Irish cream
- 12 ounces Guinness beer
Instructions
- Layer the Irish whisky first into the shot glass and carefully pour Bailey's onto the top of the Irish whiskey using the back of a spoon.
- Add Guinness beer to a pint glass (use a 16 ounce glass so the cup is not too full).
- When ready to serve, drop the shot glass into the pint glass and chug immediately and as fast as possible.
- Note: the longer it takes to drink the more the drink can/will curdle from the Irish cream mixing with the beer.
