Low-carb dairy-free keto hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can light canned coconut milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp raw cacao powder or more to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar-free granulated sugar
Optional Add Ins:
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract or peppermint extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the keto hot chocolate to a saucepan and heat over medium-high. Whisk the mixture constantly until it begins to steam and small bubbles form around the sides.
- Remove from heat, pour into a large mug and if desired, serve with coconut whipped cream.
