Hot Chocolate Using Chocolate Bar

Use a dark chocolate bar with milk and water to get a perfect, not too sweet cup of hot chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1 Bar of dark or semi-sweet chocolate (about 100g)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- whipped cream for serving
- Chocolate shavings for serving

Instructions
- Using a small saucepan, heat up the milk. DO NOT boil.
- Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and melt in a second saucepan over low heat.
- Slowly add the hot milk to the melted chocolate stirring all the while. Then add the water.
- Heat everything up again without boiling and pour into mugs for serving.
- Serve with lots of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Notes
- - For a more intense chocolate flavor add more chocolate to the recipe.
- - For a more sweeter drink, use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. You can also add some sugar to the drink instead.
