- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

- Add all the spices and herbs to a bowl and mix until well combined. That's it!
- Store in an airtight container or jar for several months.
Notes
- Makes just over 3 tablespoons. Use 1 ½ - 2 tablespoons for every pound of ground beef when making taco meat.
