Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz gin I use Empress Gin
- 1 oz Lavender syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- ice

Instructions
- Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker.
- Next, add in the gin, lavender syrup, and lemon juice into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a fresh lavender sprig, and enjoy!

- Chilled Martini Glass - To chill your martini glass you can either fill the martini glass with ice cubes or place the martini glass in your freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Vermouth - To make this more like a classic martini you can take 1/2 oz of vermouth, swirl it around in your martini glass and discard of it before adding in the Lavender Martini.
