  • 2 1/2 oz gin I use Empress Gin
  • 1 oz Lavender syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker.
  2. Next, add in the gin, lavender syrup, and lemon juice into the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a fresh lavender sprig, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chilled Martini Glass - To chill your martini glass you can either fill the martini glass with ice cubes or place the martini glass in your freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Vermouth - To make this more like a classic martini you can take 1/2 oz of vermouth, swirl it around in your martini glass and discard of it before adding in the Lavender Martini.
