Lemon Aioli Recipe

Lemon Aioli is a creamy condiment made by whisking store-bought mayonnaise with fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and finely grated garlic. The bright citrus and savory garlic flavors make it a versatile sauce to complement sandwiches, grilled foods, or as a dip. Seasoned with kosher salt and adjusted with extra lemon to taste, it offers a fresh, tangy element with smooth texture.

Description

Lemon Aioli recipe uses mayonnaise as the base, combined with freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest to provide vibrant citrus notes. Finely grated garlic adds aromatic depth, balanced with kosher salt for seasoning. The ingredients are whisked together until well mixed, making a smooth, creamy sauce. Adjustments to lemon juice and zest can be made to suit personal taste preferences. This aioli can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, maintaining its fresh flavor and consistency, making it convenient for preparing ahead and serving with a variety of dishes.
