  • 1 ½ lbs potato small
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp dill snipped fresh
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ c. Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cook, uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and return to pan. Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over potatoes and toss to coat.
