Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk fresh
  • 1 can condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can cream style corn 14.75 ounces
  • 2 cups gouda cheese or mild cheddar cheese; shredded
  • ½ cup sugar

Equipment

  • 16 pieces ice candy bags
  • thin stick

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, corn, cheese and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into a plastic bag up to ¾ ful, leaving about 3 inches of plastic.
  3. Twist the remaining three inches of plastic until the tube is firm but not too tight, and tie it into a knot.
  4. Arrange filled plastic tubes in a single layer on a flat dish and freeze for about 2 to 3 hours or until frozen.
