Mango Pineapple Smoothie (Creamy!)

This sweet & creamy tropical smoothie features banana, mango, orange, and pineapple. It's delightfully refreshing and easy to customize!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen if possible, medium ripe
  • 1 cup Mango (I use frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple (I use frozen)
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free milk
  • 3/4 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1-2 tsp. ginger, freshly grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors if desired. (Add vanilla extract, or agave or maple syrup to sweeten it further.)

Notes

  • *Orange juice: Use either store-bought or freshly squeezed from about 3 oranges. Add less liquid for a thicker smoothie.
  • Fresh vs. frozen: Using frozen fruit results in a colder, thicker smoothie.
  • Banana-free: Substitute vegan yogurt instead.
  • Matcha: Add 1 tsp. good-quality organic matcha powder. Any grade of matcha will work with this recipe (ceremonial, latte, or culinary).
  • Other additions: Ground turmeric, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, peaches, agave/maple syrup for sweeter flavor, strawberries, or kiwi.
  • Yield: Recipe makes about 3 heaping cups smoothie.
