Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash peeled, seeded, cut into ½-inch cubes (about 4 cups

- 6 lices Bacon cooked, crumbled, thick-cut
- parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash, oil, syrup, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
