Ingredients
- 1/3 recipe pizza dough
- 5 cocktail tomatoes sliced thin
- 8 ounce mozzarella cheese sliced or shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- fresh basil
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 F degrees.
- Roll out the dough and arrange it on a pizza tray. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle the garlic slices over it.
- Top with the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and ground pepper.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until nice and golden brown.
- Top with fresh basil.
