- 250 g bread flour Strong White
- 1 tsp yeast Instant
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml water Warm
- 2 tbsp tomato passata
- 1-2 cloves garlic Finely chopped
- 100 g mozzarella cheese Sliced
- 1 handful basil leaves Fresh
- salt To Taste

Instructions
- Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour in the olive oil and warm water, then stir until the mixture forms a dough.
- Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
- Heat your oven to 220°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and size.
- Spread tomato passata over the pizza base and sprinkle with garlic. Top with mozzarella cheese and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Take the pizza out of the oven and garnish it with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve it hot.
