  • 1 pint grape tomato mixed
  • 1 shallot sliced thinly into rings, small
  • 1 garlic sliced thinly into slivers, small clove
  • ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced tomatoes, shallot rings, and garlic slivers into a serving bowl.
  2. Add the seasoned rice vinegar, olive oil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  4. Set aside for 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to mingle before serving. Enjoy.
