Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Shrimp head and shell removed and deveined, cooked
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup lemon juice fresh
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 red onion sliced thinly, large
- 1/3 cup dill
- ¼ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, salt, dill, and red onions then mix thoroughly.
- Add the shrimps then muddle up until the mixture covers the shrimps.
- Cover the top of the bowl with cling wrap then refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold as an appetizer. Share and enjoy!
