Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 16 ounce pizza crust prepared
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 diced tomatoes petite, canned
  • 1 beans optional, canned
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Remove pizza dough from package and cut into 3 x 3 squares.
  2. Press each piece the dough into the muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, saute the over medium heat until tender, about 2-5 minutes. Next, add the ground beef and cook until crumbly and almost completely cooked. Drain excess fat, and put back on the burner. Add salt pepper, garlic powder, oregano and combine until meat is completely cooked. Add tomatoes and beans (if adding), and stir until combined. Remove from the heat. With a slotted spoon add meat to pizza cups (you may need to press dough down if it's too puffy). Add cheese and return to oven until melted (about 5 minutes).
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You will have a lot of filling left over, so consider purchasing more pizza crust.
