Ingredients
- 72 fresh mint leaves more or less to taste
- 8 limes quartered
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 liters club soda
- 2 cups white rum

Instructions
- Add the mint, limes, and sugar to a large pitcher and muddle together until mint begins to break down and becomes fragrant and limes are juiced.
- Add the club soda and white rum to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Add strawberries to make strawberry mojitos or raspberries for a raspberry mojito.
- We prefer Bacardi Silver but use any light rum you like.
