CAKE

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 egg
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

STREUSEL

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan and preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add in milk and eggs, and mix well.
  4. Add in 3 cups flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Pour batter into greased pan. Set aside.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the 1/2 cup flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
  7. Using a pastry blender or two butter knives, cut in butter until crumbs are formed.
  8. Sprinkle topping over cake batter.
  9. Place pan in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean once inserted in center.
  10. Remove from oven and enjoy!
