- 8 ounces portobello mushrooms diced
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme chopped, fresh
- 1½ tablespoons flour
- 12 ounces Brie cheese rind removed and cut into cubes
- 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
- 2 ounces swiss cheese cubed
- 1 cup white wine dry
- black pepper freshly-ground, to taste
- 1 baguette cut into slices
