Easy to make non-alcoholic mojito: 5 minutes, 5 ingredients, 5 stars! Just combine lime wedges, caster sugar, mint, ice cubes and soda and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 4 teaspoons caster sugar
- 6 sprigs mint + more to garnish
- 200 grams or around 1 cup Ice cubes
- 230 ml or 1 cup soda water
Instructions
- Cut the lime into 4 wedges. Put 2 wedges in each glass, add caster sugar and mint leaves and muddle everything with a pestle. Add ice cubes and soda water. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!

- 1 serving is 300 ml or 10 fl oz glass.
