Nutella Preacher Cookie Recipe

This Nutella preacher cookie recipe combines the classic chocolate, peanut butter, and oat cookie with the flavor of Nutella.

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter or 1 stick
- ½ cup milk
- 2-½ cup quick oats 1-minute
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ Nutella
- ¼ cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Over medium heat combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally and then remove from heat.
- Instantly add oats , vanilla extract, Nutella and peanut butter.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Tap whisk to remove excess dough.
- On a sheet of parchment paper, drop a spoonful of mixture at a time.
- Allow up to 2 hours to harden before serving. I usually leave them on the counter in a corner or the cookies will just slowly disappear.
- Don't worry about the perfect shape.
- These cookies are delicious.
- Enjoy every bite!
Notes
- Stir the mixture often while it boils to prevent sticking.
- Add the remaining ingredients immediately after removing the boiling mixture so they incorporate well.
- Be sure your wax paper is ready before you begin making the cookies. They need to be spooned out quickly before they start to set.
