Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 Oreo biscuits
  • 32 pretzel sticks snapped in half
  • 16 edible eyes
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Snap (or cut) the pretzel sticks in half and push 4 into each side of the Oreo to create legs.
  2. Using the end of a teaspoon handle, put a dot of honey on the back of the eyes and stick them to the Oreo.

Notes

  • If you are struggling to get the legs in to the Oreo, then you may need to take the Oreo apart. Some pretzel sticks are really thin, and will slide in to the side of the Oreos without having to take the part. However, if you use something else that is large, it won't fit in the gap at the side. You will need to carefully twist them apart, press the legs in, drizzle some melted chocolate inside and then put the top of the Oreo on top and let it cool and set, so they hold together.
  • If you find that the edible eyes are sliding off when you use honey, then you could use melted chocolate instead. This will set once cooled, and keep the eyes firmly stuck on. We use honey because it's quicker and doesn't require any melting of chocolate.
