  • 1 large broccoli cut into florets, head of
  • ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin, 54 g
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese 100 g, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Set aside a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and kosher salt until well combined.
  3. Add broccoli. Toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Press the coated broccoli florets into the cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the parmesan has become crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly, allowing the parmesan to crisp up even more.
