  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • toppings sliced strawberries, blueberries shredded coconut, and granola

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries frozen banana, greek yogurt, milk beverage, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
