Peach Margarita

A tasty frozen peach margarita made with fresh or frozen peaches--how often does an alcoholic beverage have a serving of fruit!

Ingredients
- 1 peach pitted (you do not need to peel it) plus a handful of ice cubes OR a handful of frozen peach slices (about 5 oz) and 1 T water
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce triple sec or Cointreau or other orange flavored liqueur
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 Tablespoon sugar or other sweetener, to taste
Instructions
- Place ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Add additional water or ice if needed for good consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetener. Serve.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic peach margarita, you can substitute orange juice for the tequila and cointreau.
