Ingredients
- Cracker RITZ Original brand
- peanut butter Peter Pan® brand, creamy
- ½ pear halved, hulled and thinly sliced widthwise, firm
- ½ tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 15 mint for garnish, small fresh leaves
Instructions
- Place 15 RITZ Original Cracker on a serving plate.
- Using a spoon or a pastry bag with a flower tip, pipe peanut butter on to a cracker.
- In a small non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add pears.
- Give them a few minutes to soften, then sprinkle with sugar, toss and allow sugar to evenly coat pears about 1 minute.
- Off the heat and cool slightly.
- Place 1 piece of caramelised pear on to a cracker and garnish with a mint leaf.
- Enjoy!
