Ingredients
- 1 .5 oz bag oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cookie mix, rolled oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips until combined.
- Using a stand or hand mixer, beat in the eggs, peanut butter and heavy cream to form a thick dough.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press into an even, thick layer.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through and the edges are just starting to turn golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
