Our easy Peanut Clusters recipe has crunchy peanuts and pretzels covered in chocolate. They only take a few minutes to make and it's a no-bake candy no one can resist!

Ingredients
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips , high quality (like Ghirardelli)*
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 7 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups pretzels , broken into pieces
- 1 cup salted peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt Chips: In a large bowl, mix together chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butter, and peanut butter. Microwave on low power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth (be careful not to scorch the chocolate!) You could also put everything in a double boiler to melt.
- Add peanuts and pretzels to the melted chocolate mixture and gently stir to coat.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate has set.
- Store peanut clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Notes
- Chocolate: Be sure to use high quality chocolate chips (like Ghirardelli), or Bakers chocolate bars will work. I prefer semi-sweet, but you could use milk or bittersweet.
