Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 celery chopped, stalks
  • 1 stuffing cubes herbed, package
  • 11/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 pear peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add butter and stir until melted. Add chopped onions and celery and cook until softened, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large bowl, combine herbed stuffing, cooked onions and celery, chicken broth, sage, poultry seasoning, and black pepper.
  4. Stir in chopped pears, pomegranate seeds, and pecans.
  5. Spoon everything into a 13×9-inch baking dish and bake for 20 mins in a preheated oven or until heated through.
