Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
