Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk 16 fl oz, Fairlife Ultra Filtered
- 2 double shots espresso (4 fl oz)
- 1 coop whey protein powder 30 grams, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100%, Double Rich Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder 30 grams
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (adjust to taste)
- Whipped Cream optional for topping, crushed candy canes

Instructions
- Heat milk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Add dutch cocoa and whey protein and mix in with a milk frother until completely blended. Add brewed espresso, remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour lattes into two serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if desired.
Notes
- Sweetness: Depending on the brand of protein you use, you may want some additional sweetness in your latte. Check the taste after mixing, then add some liquid Stevia or other sweetener if you need it.
