- 1 package 14.3 oz Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese softened

- 12 oz white chocolate melted

Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Add peppermint extract and stir to incorporate.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the Oreo balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
