Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Beef Rib Roast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Let roast stand to room temperature for 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all spices together.
- Place rib roast on to a roasting rack, or inside a casserole dish. Rub roast with spices.
- Roast for 1 hour in oven. Turn off oven completely and do NOT open the door. Let the roast sit for 3 hours in the oven.
- 30 - 45 minutes before serving, turn oven back on to 375F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
