  • 150 ml lemonade
  • 2 Cherry
  • 1 lice orange halved
  • 1 lice kiwi halved
  • 2 lices apple which has been cored & quartered
  • mint sprig
  • ice cubes

For glass frosting

  • lice of orange peel removed

Instructions

  1. Frost the glass by placing the orange slice onto a flat surface and rotating the rim of the glass over it so that the whole rim is wetted.
  2. Place some caster sugar in a saucer (about 2 mm) and shake level, then dip the glass in the sugar to coat.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add the Pimm’s No 1.
  5. Then add the fruit and lemonade.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and add a straw.
  7. To make a jug add ice and handfuls of fruit keeping the ratio of 1 part Pimm’s No 1 to 3 parts lemonade.
