Pineapple Fluff
Description
This Pineapple Fluff recipe starts by pureeing cottage cheese to create a smooth, creamy base which is then mixed with flavored gelatin powder. Folding in whipped topping adds lightness, while crushed pineapple provides natural sweetness and moisture. Mini marshmallows contribute a tender, chewy contrast within the airy dessert.
The fluff is chilled for a minimum of two hours to set, resulting in a cool, jiggly dish that balances tanginess from the cottage cheese and sweetness from the pineapple and marshmallows. The soft texture is both creamy and fluffy, making it a distinct molded dessert.
Pineapple Fluff can be served on its own or topped with additional whipped cream and fresh pineapple slices for extra freshness and presentation flair. It suits situations where a chilled, fruit-forward dessert is desired without heavy baking.
