This Pineapple Matcha Drink Starbucks Copycat is a perfect summer drink to beat the heat. Use pineapple, matcha, coconut milk, ginger to make this dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, energizing and refreshing drink for super hot days.

Ingredients
Pineapple Ginger Syrup
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
Pineapple Matcha
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoon Pineapple ginger syrup
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- handful Ice cubes
Instructions
Pineapple Ginger Syrup
- Peel off the ginger, and grate it using a grater.
- Combine grated ginger, pineapple juice, sugar and water in a bowl.
- Stir well. Microwave for a minute, stir well and cool down for 8-10 mins.
- Strain the syrup. Store the remaining syrup after use in a fridge.
Pineapple Matcha
- Pour matcha powder into a glass, and dissolve in pineapple juice with the help of a spoon.
- Add a handful of ice and the rest of the ingredients like pineapple ginger syrup, coconut milk.
- Stir well.
- Serve and beat the summer with this chilled matcha drink.
