  • 1 glass white sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 250 g butter room temperature
  • 1 kg Polish curd cheese semi-fat
  • almonds a handful, without skin
  • walnuts a handful
  • prunes a handful, diced
  • raisins yellow a handful
  • raisins sultans a handful
  • dried apricots a handful, diced
  • fresh fruits for decoration
  • 1 package vanilla sugar 32 oz

Instructions

  1. Whisk sugar, butter and egg yolks until smooth. Add vanilla sugar and whisk until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Add white cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Add dried fruits and nuts and mix again.
  4. Take a medium-large bowl (or cone-shaped bowl, if you have one) and lay in it a cotton napkin, add the mixture to it and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  5. Take the bowl out of the fridge and the cheese mixture out of the bowl with the help of a cotton napkin. The mixture should be a bit harder than before.
  6. Decorate with fresh fruits and enjoy!
