  • 1 bottle champagne or Prosecco
  • 2 ½ cups pomegranate juice sub Cranberry juice
  • 8 oz club soda plain or pomegranate flavored, optional
  • ½ cup triple sec
  • 1 orange juiced

For garnish (optional)

  • ½ cup cranberries
  • Orange slices
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Pour CHILLED champagne into a pitcher. Add pomegranate juice, club soda and triple sec. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the juice of an orange and fresh cranberries. Stir again.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves when serving. Note: Pomegranate seeds do not float. That’s why I used fresh cranberries instead. However, you’re more than welcome to add them.
  4. Serve over ice. Cheers!

Notes

  • Freeze champagne in ice cube trays to chill the punch without watering it down.
  • Use fresh cranberries as garnish since pomegranate seeds tend not to float well in the punch.
