Ingredients
- 2 can Pumpkin Spice Rolls *Pillsbury brand, 17.5 oz packages
- 4 egg
- 3/4 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup pecans *chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
- Seaparate dough from packages and cut each cinnamon roll into 6 pieces.
- Place cut dough pieces into prepared baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and evaporated milk with a whisk.
- Once smooth, pour mixture evenly on top of dough pieces in pan.
- Sprinkle pecans over top.
- Place pan into preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place aluminum foil on top of pan.
- Place pan back into oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour icing containers (from cinnamon rolls) evenly on top and serve!
