Ranch BLT Roll Ups
Description
This recipe layers ranch-flavored cream cheese with diced tomatoes and smoky crispy bacon inside soft tortilla wraps. Once the filling is spread and lettuce added, the wraps are rolled like cigars and refrigerated to firm up, making slicing easier and helping the flavors meld. The combination of savory ranch seasoning, salty bacon, and fresh produce provides varied tastes and textures in each bite.
The roll ups are typically served chilled and cut into one-inch slices, making them convenient finger foods for gatherings or casual meals. The cream cheese base holds the ingredients together lightly while contributing a smooth, tangy component. Lettuce adds a fresh crunch that balances the richness.
